Seana and Whitney met in 2016 while leading Event Departments for two of San Franciscos busiest restaurant groups. With an attitude of rising tides raise all boats they formed a friendship supporting each other in competing private event programs. During the Pandemic Seana and Whitney became colleagues working for one of San Franciscos premier restaurant groups. After surviving the waves of COVID and an ever changing post pandemic world the hospitality industry was in need of seasoned professionals and LDC was born.   

 

Founded in 2022 to bring an expertise of managing diverse, multi-unit hospitality brands to beloved independent restaurants. After many years in the industry and watching the perseverance of our fellow industry partners during the last few pandemic years - Seana and Whitney came together to create a company that helps identify opportunities unique to your location, develop a comprehensive plan to meet your goals, and establish the SOPs to help your restaurant thrive.​

 

With their extensive background from foodservice operations to event management and beyond Seana and Whitney have a unique insight into all facets of restaurant operations. ​We work with our clients and their teams to maximize profitability, streamline programming and build a self sustaining departments.

Seana Horrobin

Founder & CEO

Seana Horrobin is the daughter of  two San Francisco trained chefs. After working through college in the San Diego Nightlife scene her fate was sealed. Finding herself working from hostess to manager and settling as a Director of Events. As the pandemic wiped out all parties, she shifted into an operational role culminating with the opening of one of San Francisco's premier rooftops. Co-Founding LDC in 2022 to bring her 15 years of hospitality experience to restaurants all around the Bay Area. When she is not working Seana's favorite past times are scuba diving and traveling - mostly to discover new restaurants around the world!

Whitney Sheldon

Founder & COO

A Native of Northern California, Whitney Sheldon was born with a love for the service industry. Working within almost every position in a restaurant throughout highschool and college and with her B.A. in Tourism and Event Planning it was a no brainer for her to jump right into an event sales role upon graduation. After 10 formative years developing and growing a 9,000 sq. ft wine bar, she took a slight detour out of hospitality however quickly realized that while you can take the girl out of the restaurant, you can’t take the restaurant out of the girl. While helping to open and operate one of San Francisco’s premiere rooftops, It was here that she decided to co-found LDC and bring her 15+ years experience to restaurants and events venues  all over the bay area. When she isn’t working you can find Whitney spending time with friends and family or hitting some balls out on the golf course.
